INITIAL IN HOME CONSULT (90 MINUTES)

It is easy to feel overwhelmed when wanting to embark on a new interior project and often simply not knowing where to begin. If you are needing some general guidance for you homes’ interior then the initial home consult is for you.

This Initial consult is designed to cover a broad range of questions you may have regarding your homes’ interior and is an essential part of the design journey.

All of Rounded Edge Style’s services begin with the Initial In home consult to set the brief and guidelines for your project. It is designed to either allow you to move forward on your own with your project once you feel confident you are on the right track, or if preferred you can take the next step to adding on the styling and sourcing packages listed below.

INITIAL IN-HOME CONSULT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • In-home consultation (90 minutes) 
  • Advice given on the day, room by room


THIS PACKAGE IS PRICED AT $495 -including GST

 

The Peace of Mind Package

For when you just aren’t sure and you want to avoid potentially costly mistakes.

Gain clarity and peace of mind in all your decision making.

Pre-purchase a block of 5-10 hours for ongoing advice with regards to your interior decorating, building or renovation decisions.

These super valuable blocks of hours are prepaid and can be used for any sort of design and decorating advice required along the way. This may include phone calls, emails, site visits and showroom visits where a second and clarifying opinion may be needed.

STARTING PRICE FOR 5 HOURS IS $1100 +GST.

Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

FURNITURE AND DECOR SELECTION PACKAGES

LARGE ROOM FURNITURE AND DÉCOR SELECTION PACKAGE- PRICED FROM $3000 +GST

This single room package includes the larger sized rooms in your home such as living areas and master bedrooms and follows on from the Initial In Home Consultation.

SMALL ROOM FURNITURE AND DÉCOR SELECTION PACKAGE- PRICED FROM $2000 +GST

This single room package includes the smaller sized rooms in your home such as minor bedrooms, bathrooms and small study areas and follows on from the Initial In Home Consultation. 

 STARTER HOME PACKAGE: PRICED FROM $7,500 +GST

  • Includes furniture and decor selections for living & dining area, plus master bedroom.
  • Perfect for apartments or smaller homes.

PREMIUM HOME PACKAGE: PRICED FROM $15,000 +GST

  • Includes furniture and decor selections for large living & dining area, plus lounge/theatre, and up to 4  bedrooms
  • A comprehensive package for larger homes.

WHAT DO ALL OF THESE FURNITURE AND DECOR PACKAGES INCLUDE?

  • Preparation of a Mood Boards with two selections for each item of furniture wherever possible.
  • A cohesive scheme of rug, fabric and colour samples so that clients can see and touch the textural elements chosen.
  • These items are all carefully selected with your budget in mind.
  • A follow up visit to present the Mood Boards and discuss the various options.

Once the follow up visit is completed and you have selected your pieces, a quote can be compiled including procurement, delivery, installation and styling

INTRODUCTORY PRESTART SELECTIONS FOR A NEW BUILD

The most common thing I hear from clients building a new home is the feeling of overwhelm at trying to make so many important decisions. At Rounded Edge Style, I pride myself on making the process enjoyable and stress free.

This package is designed to assist you in creating that beautiful sense of flow from the outside in. You will be given documentation as well as samples that will that will assist in making the Pre-start experience with your builder much more seamless. At the end of this consultation you should be feeling excited about what you have created knowing that everything flows from start to finish.

INTRODUCTORY PRESTART SELECTIONS PACKAGE: FROM $1600 +GST

The package is perfect if you would like input on the key selections of your build.

The Prestart package includes all relevant fixed finishes for your home including:

  • Exterior finishes: roof, gutters, fascia, garage door, windows, render, front door.
  • Interior finishes: flooring, wall colours, wet area tiling, wet area cabinetry

The consult will be up to 4 hours.
